Family Law Assistant
An exciting opportunity exists in our busy Cronulla office for an energetic Family Law Assistant providing support to our busy Family Law team. The successful candidate will have proven experience in Family Law, be proactive, switched on and a team oriented individual who can work autonomously.
Key Duties
- Assistant to Accredited Specialist and the Family Law team
- Preparation of Family Court documents
- Liaising with clients, Courts, Solicitors and Barristers
- Extensive diary management
- Dictaphone typing
- File management
- Billing and accounts
- General administration duties

Systems and Processes Manager
The Role
As a valued member of Southern Waters Legal, the purpose of your role is to drive efficiencies amongst internal staff as well as educate and be at the forefront of current/new technologies.
- Provide support to staff in relation to hardware and software utilised in legal practices
- Managing external developers and the creation of legal technology solutions
- Identifying IT gaps across our law practice
- Audit existing software and hardware solutions to ensure best practices are being achieved
- Implement strategies to ensure best utilisation of technology solutions including but not limited to team training and systemisation
- Co-ordinating the collaboration and communication between all software solutions across the firm
- Inducting new staff on the firm’s systems and educating existing staff on new/changing technologies

- Relevant experience or a strong interest in providing high quality IT legal support
