We also offer a clear and supportive pathway for emerging legal talent. Many of our legal receptionists join us while studying at university, gaining valuable hands-on experience and a deep understanding of our processes and culture. From there, they often grow into Paralegal roles, complete their PLT placement within the firm, and transition into solicitor positions.

One of our most significant initiatives is Women Supporting Women, an annual event co-founded by Managing Partner Leona Bennett and Chief Operating Officer Sarah Lamb.
