Buying your First Home

Once you have selected a Real Estate agent to sell your home, you should also engage a qualified conveyancer to prepare the contact for sale including necessary paperwork and searches from the council and other parties. You may also want to include special conditions into the contract regarding what will/won’t be included and your ideal settlement dates.
