Camille Evans

Partner | Wills, Estates and Commercial Law

Camille works within our personal services team specialising in the practice areas of Wills, Estates and Commercial Law.

She is passionate about all things “Wills” and advises on both basic and complex estate, incapacity and succession planning matters. She believes the key to effective estate planning is listening to the clients wishes and applying her legal knowledge to ensure those wishes are documented in a way that is most beneficial to the client and their family. This includes implementing asset protection and/or tax minimisation strategies such as testamentary trusts where appropriate.

Camille also assists clients who have recently lost a loved one with a range of matters including applications for probate or letters of administration, and dealing with claims on an estate including family provision claims, whether it be acting for the claimant, executor, or a beneficiary of the estate.

On the commercial side, Camille enjoys assisting clients to achieve practical and tailored solutions in relation to a range of matters including structuring, asset protection and resolving business disputes.

Camille graduated from the University of Wollongong with a Bachelor of Laws (First Class Honours) and Bachelor of Science majoring in Psychology (with Distinction). She has also completed a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice and a Graduate Diploma of Applied Tax Law.

Camille is admitted as a Solicitor in the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia. She is also a member of the Law Society of New South Wales and St George Sutherland Local Law Society.

Away from the office, you will find Camille on the Netball court or relaxing at the beach. Camille also enjoys travelling and spending time with her family and friends.

Camille was listed as a Finalist for the Lawyers Weekly 30 Under 30 Awards in 2022 and 2024 for the Wills and Estates category and was named as a Rising Star on the list of the Australasian Lawyer’s, Best Lawyers Under 35 in 2023.
