Stephanie Martyn is a Senior Associate practising in Family Law and Property Law. Drawing on her experience across these complementary areas, she provides strategic and practical advice to clients navigating complex legal and personal matters.

Stephanie Martyn holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of International Studies (Politics) from the University of Wollongong. She was admitted as a solicitor to the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 2018, is admitted to practise in the High Court of Australia, and holds a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice. Stephanie is also trained as a Family Law Collaborative Solicitor.

Having worked in both Sydney CBD and award-winning suburban law firms, Stephanie has built significant experience in Family Law, Property Law, Conveyancing and Estate Planning. Her broad skillset enables her to identify practical solutions and provide comprehensive advice, particularly where family and property matters intersect. Recognised for her pragmatic and diligent approach, Stephanie is highly regarded by clients and colleagues alike. She is skilled at resolving matters efficiently through her strong professional network, minimising the need for litigation. However, if proceedings do advance to court, Stephanie is a confident advocate before the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia.

Stephanie’s professional excellence has been acknowledged through her selection as a finalist in the Lawyers Weekly 30 Under 30 Awards for Family Law (2025) and Real Estate (2026). She was recognised as a finalist for Property Lawyer of the Year at the 2025 Australian Law Awards, before going on to win the category in 2026.
