- when you should review or update your Will;
- Enduring Powers of Attorney;
- Appointments of Enduring Guardian;
- superannuation nominations; and
- planning for changes in your family, property and business circumstances.
Whether you already have a Will or are only beginning to think about estate planning, the session is designed to provide practical information to help you better understand the steps involved in putting an effective estate plan in place.
