Sarah plays an important role in shaping the firm’s operational strategy and workplace culture, with a strong focus on supporting Southern Waters Legal’s people and maintaining a high standard of service for clients.

Outside of work, Sarah enjoys Pilates and travelling. Sarah works across the firm to identify opportunities for improvement, strengthen operational performance and support the delivery of Southern Waters Legal’s broader business objectives.
