Stephanie Martyn
She holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of International Studies (Politics) from the University of Wollongong and was admitted as a solicitor to the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 2018. Stephanie is also admitted to practice in the High Court of Australia and holds a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice. Additionally, she is trained as a Family Law Collaborative Solicitor.
Stephanie has gained extensive experience working in both Sydney CBD and award-winning suburban firms, developing a strong background in Family Law, Conveyancing, and Estate Planning.
Recognised for her pragmatic and diligent approach, Stephanie is highly regarded by clients and colleagues alike. She is skilled at resolving matters efficiently through her strong professional network, minimising the need for litigation. However, if proceedings do advance to court, Stephanie is a confident advocate before the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia.
Stephanie’s professional excellence has been acknowledged through her selection as a finalist in the 2025 Lawyers Weekly 30 Under 30 Awards (Family Law category) and as a finalist for Property Lawyer of the Year in the 2025 Lawyers Weekly Australian Law Awards.
